Fire: Heat and flames caused by external factors that alter the material properties of the insured item, regardless of any action by the insured or authorized persons.

Explosion: Sudden and extreme expansion of air or gas caused by external factors, regardless of any action by the insured or authorized persons.

 Natural perils

Loss or damage to the insured item caused by natural hazards such as rain, snow, hail, storms, floods, wildfires, lightning, or thunder.

 Electrical hazard

Loss or damage caused by high voltage, abnormal fluctuations, faults in electrical panels, damage or malfunction of fuses, distributors, insulators, or indirect effects of electric current.

Risks during vehicle is legally parked 

Loss or damage occurring when the machinery is legally parked in designated areas or facilities marked for temporary or long-term parking.

 Intentional and unintentional miscoduct of a third party  

Loss or damage to the insured item caused by intentional, reckless, or unintentional failure or misconduct by a third party.
