Covered Risks
If an employee of the insured suffers a temporary or permanent disability, benefits shall be payable in accordance with Article 125 of the Labor Law of Mongolia.

Industrial accident
An accident causing bodily injury or death to an employee arising out of and in the course of employment.

Occupational disease
An illness arising from prolonged exposure to occupational conditions or hazards, including but not limited to dust, noise, chemicals, or vibration, incurred in the course of employment. |
Permanent/temporary disability or death due to acute poisoning Serious injury, disability, or death arising from acute exposure to toxic substances, gases, vapors, dust, or chemicals. |
